How it works

Management platform
By means of a username and password, authors upload their papers to the poster management area. This management area allows the secretariat to manage all the posters received and the authors to view and control the status of the same.
Contact authors
After receiving the posters in the management platform, they are reviewed by our technicians for their evaluation. Once reviewed, an email is sent to the authors indicating if it is correct or if they have to make any changes.
Extra options
The platform allows the search by different values such as title, authors or number of the communication.
You can also enable the voting of posters, the sending of posters by e-mail and direct contact with the authors by sending a personalized e-mail.
