The search
The assistant arrives at the technical secretary and tells us her name. The technician looks her up in the system and confirms her data. He can ask questions, inquire about her attendance to a specific event or workshop and check this information in the system instantly.
Printing
Once all the data has been checked in the system, it is printed. It is only necessary to print the name, ID and its code. It is possible to include in the accreditation any information that the client considers appropriate, such as, for example, the work center.
Chip loading
Once the accreditation has been printed, the congress participant's data must be assigned to an RFID or NFC chip. This chip will be used to keep track of attendance and capacity in each of the congress venues.
