Accreditation
This is the key to everything. Our system allows us to printpersonalized accreditations of the attendees in the same secretariat of the congress. Each badge will have a code or an RFID or NFC chip that will be used to read and control access and capacity.
RFID or NFC technology
RFID control is a non-invasive system that allows free passage of congress attendees and rapid access to the venues.
It offers us information both in real time (through the Internet) and on a delayed basis, of all the gates of the event that are being supervised.
Each attendee will have a chip on their badge that identifies them at all times, allowing us to calculate even the time spent in each of the rooms. Information is power!
QR or BarCode readers
You know it, the QR of all life. This system is based on the hardware reading of a barcode or QR code that each attendee will have printed on their badge that uniquely identifies them.

Total attendance control
