The latest technology for your events
Virtual and augmented reality
Virtual reality allows the user to be completely immersed in a virtual space. Augmented reality allows to show images superimposed on thereal environment, being able to incorporate images and information that facilitate interaction with the world.
Two innovative technologies that can be used to enrich the experience of your event.
- 3D tours
- Demonstrations
- Gamification
- Training support
- Immersive presentations
- Sports activities
- Increases range.
- Full customization.
- Immersive and memorable experiences.
- Real-time data and information collection.

Virtual reality
- A good experience with virtual reality is based on the use of VR glasses or goggles.
- In essence, the virtual reality lens is an immersive display that blocks out the outside world and displays a 3D world or 360-degree images to create a simulation for the user.
- The screen is arranged to fill our entire peripheral vision. When experimenting with a professional virtual reality device, the user can feel like they are in the scene and can interact with it.
- As the user looks around, the lens controls the scene as it moves across the screen.
- As long as the user has the glasses on, the scene will continue to move and interact with the user as they move their head or use the controller to look around and perform any action.
Augmented reality
The main objective of augmented reality is the integration between the real (physical) world and the virtual world. For augmented reality to be reproduced, 3 basic components are necessary:
- A real object that acts as a reference for the interpretation and creation of the virtual object.
- The intervention of a camera device (cell phone or tablet) to transmit the image of the real object.
- Software that can interpret the signal transmitted by the camera.
Through the camera, the real object is output to the software, which receives the image and combines it with 3D projections. At the same time, the projections are inserted into the image and superimposed on the physical environment, so that the user can experience augmented reality.
Advantages
- More reach more audience: Participants can join through a virtual reality platform and experience the event from anywhere in the world.
- Customization and flexibility: customization of the event content to the needs and preferences of the participants.
- Immersive and memorable experiences: will increase satisfaction and recall of the event.
- Data collection and analysis: Data can be collected and participant behavior can be analyzed in real time.
Virtual and augmented reality applications for events

Transformation of spaces with 3D paths
A space can be transformed into a completely different one; attendees will be able to tour and learn about a location with the help of a mobile device that will serve as a reader of this virtual environment.
Product or service demonstrations
Through augmented reality you can learn about the features of a product or service in detail. Delve into details to give more information and, why not say it, amaze a little to the attendees that always comes in handy.
Training support
We can make it easier for students to visualize models and processes more clearly, as well as rehearse and test their knowledge. If we add a dose of experimentation to the training, your students' evaluations will go through the roof.
Gamification: Let's play!
A little careless, an event (especially if it is several days) can become boring. Motivate your attendees within the event is essential, do it through dynamics and augmented reality games encouraging their participation with the physical and virtual environment of the space always works.
Takes lectures to another level
What would it be like to immerse yourself in a preliminary 'walk-through' of a presentation through virtual reality? A totally enriching experience. We jump to the speaker-attendee barrier, to create a totally immersive experience. You can already visualize the applause and the audience standing at the end of the presentation.
Experiment with products
Some ideas...make the most of what your product can offer. Think of something so that attendees can enjoy experiences and sensations that are impossible to do in closed spaces. Think that you can take participants anywhere.
A little bit of sport
Between so many lectures, workshops and presentations, it is good to introduce some relaxation. Virtual sports experiences allow attendees to do any sport regardless of the space they are in.
Fully immerse your audience
