Everything your event needs
AV content
The audiovisual content that we can generate for an event enhances any aspect of it with proposals for graphics or animations.
In addition, we can record everything, we have technical and human resources for it, it is a matter of defining the type of content and we will solve it with the specific requirements of each one.
- Animations.
- Backgrounds.
- 3D.
- Recording of lectures.
- Video summary of the event.
- Interviews.
- Everything that is pre-recorded and edited on any screen at your event.
- Anything you want to be seen live.
- Anything you want to be seen after the event.

Recording of lectures
The papers, although some people are more interested in the cocktail, are the most important thing in a congress/event. They are the material that gives meaning to the congress so it is important that we have access to them once the congress is over.
- They should be recorded from beginning to end because of the value they can have, especially in the scientific area.
- We must take into account that several cameras can be done at the same time in parallel. Does that mean that we must have a camera operator in each room? No, our robotic cameras will do the job and one operator will be in charge of controlling them all.
Video summary of the event
Events are the sum of much effort and dedication of different people within the organizing company and everyone likes to be able to see and keep an audiovisual document of what cost so much work and that finally came out so well.
- These videos will include the main milestones of each event in a montage that should not exceed 2-3 minutes.
- A team should be dedicated for this purpose, regardless of the operator controlling the recording of the presentations.
- It is also advisable to have an outline script of what we want to do prior to the day or days of the event.
- And above all, to control the agenda of the event/congress down to the minute, so that nothing catches us offside!
Interviews
Another very interesting resource to highlight in a congress or event. Interviews to the most outstanding people among the speakers, guests, sponsors, organizers...
These are simple interviews with no more than 3-4 questions per person, usually the same for each one. This type of audiovisual piece will help us both to illustrate the event's website for future editions and to have an interesting material to disseminate in our social networks.
Some recommendations to make the interview flow like a river of living water:
- Be clear about who you are going to interview, you must know in advance, lest at the moment of truth he/she is not available or you cannot locate him/her.
- If possible, anticipate the questions to the interviewee so that he/she comes with a thought-out or prepared answer. Many people "get on badly" with cameras, get a bit nervous and lack the necessary fluency. If the questions catch them by surprise, we will have to repeat the shot a few times.
- Determine in advance the ideal place for the interview, the more isolated it is, the better. We need to record direct sound and we need it to be as clear as possible.
- Normally two people will be enough to conduct an interview and well organized and coordinated can be perfectly the same people who are in charge of the video summary. Sometimes, less is more.
Backgrounds
Any event needs striking and attractive visual elements for the presentation of presentations, screen projections and any visual content. They are resources that enhance and enrich the visual experience by adding value to the image of the brand or the event itself.
- High resolution, high quality imagesthat fit the theme and style of the event can be used. These images can be photographs, illustrations, graphics or custom designs, and are projected on the screens as a visual background.
- Videos and moving images: Videos or moving image loops are an excellent option to add dynamism and movement to backgrounds. They can be short sequences that are repeated in a loop and fit the content of the presentation or the general style of the event.
Animations
Animations areessential to bring dynamism to any content of an event or congress. In any case, it is not a matter of animating for the sake of animating, it must be done with criteria and balance. We will have to:
- Choosing the right type of animation for your content: There are many different types of animations, so it is important to choose the type that is right for your content and your audience.
- Make sure the animation is well done: A poorly done animation can be distracting and can divert attention from the content.
- Test the animation before the event: This will help you identify possible problems and make the necessary adjustments.
3D Animations
3D animations are a powerful tool that can be used to enrich the presentation contents of papers, presentations and any other content that can be projected on the screens of an event or congress.
The resources available are very varied:
- 3D animations: 3D animations can be used to create recreations of objects, people or scenarios, or to illustrate complex processes or concepts.
- 3D Graphics: 3D graphics can be used to present data or information in a visual and attractive way.
- 3D videos: 3D videos can be used to create immersive and immersive experiences.
- Augmented Reality (AR): AR can be used to superimpose 3D elements on reality, which can be useful for both training and entertainment.
- Virtual Reality (VR): VR can be used to create fully immersive 3D environments, which can be useful for training or demonstration purposes.
