System configuration
Creation of the voting platform, definition of the voting criteria, establishment of the rules of the process.
Presentation of papers
At the time of the event, each paper is presented individually and a time limit is established for its presentation. During the presentation, graphics, videos, images or other elements that allow a better understanding of the topic can be included.
Opening of voting
Once all the papers have been presented, the voting process is opened. Attendees can access the voting platform from their mobile devices, tablets or computers, and cast their vote quickly and easily.
Compilation and analysis of results
Once the voting process has been completed, the results are compiled and analyzed. In our case, the event management software allows us to generate detailed reports and statistics on the voting results, which allows us to know in real time the opinion of the attendees.
