Planning and conceptualization
We work closely with the client or the event planning team to understand the objectives and specific needs of the event. We also collaborate in the conceptualization and creation of a creative approach for the audiovisual production.
Design and technical management
We design and manage all technical aspects related to the audiovisual production of the event. This may include the selection and coordination of sound, lighting, projection and other necessary audiovisual equipment.
Team coordination
We coordinate our team and external suppliers: audio and lighting technicians, directors of photography, cameramen and video editors. We make sure that everything is done according to objectives and deadlines.
Production supervision
During the event, we supervise and coordinate all activities related to audiovisual production. We make sure that all the technical equipment is correctly configured and works perfectly. We are on hand to solve any technical or logistical problems that may arise during the event.
